One connected vision: Nora for phone reception, Carina for paralegal preparation, PACER research and bankruptcy workflows, and firm finances with Plaid, BILL and Stripe. Explore the working sample and the connections still being built.
Preview available Fictional records. No signup needed. Live AI, court filing and financial services require further development or setup.

PARALEGAL PREPARATION
Source-linked preparation.
Attorney review stays central.
Preview a handoff to an attorney or staff member selected from the firm’s directory. The intended flow shares only authorized context and keeps a callback option when someone is unavailable.
Rollout in progress. These are fictional workflow previews. Distinct presenter voices are planned; activation is pending. Live Nora-to-Carina transfers, staff calls and callbacks require verified firm setup; they are not activated by this page. Legal work requires authorized attorney review. The public sales presentation and phone demonstration remain Carina Optima.
TEN REASONS TO BRING THE WORK TOGETHER
See the office work a connected practice can simplify. Each point shows what you can try today and what still needs development or setup.
Find the next screen and dictate reviewed notes in supported browsers. Nora’s firm reception and Carina’s preparation and research assistance are on the roadmap.
Meet Carina →Carry reviewed intake details and engagement references forward instead of rebuilding the client’s story.
Follow an inquiry →Keep document requests, received-item status and missing information beside the case they belong to.
See what is missing →Preview selected case updates and document requests from the client’s side, alongside the firm’s matter workflow.
Explore client views →Build a source-search plan, open official resources and retain findings and follow-up questions with the matter.
Open the research desk →Follow Chapter 7, 11 and 13 paths, see preparation progress and generate selected official-form drafts for review. Court submission is planned and is not available.
Try an E/F draft →Keep time, expenses and draft bills tied to the matter. Review the amounts and retain the decision before the next step.
Follow the billing workflow →Explore Plaid, BILL, eligible Stripe services and LawPay for bankruptcy practices through the Counted family. Each firm’s provider approval, connection and accounting setup must be verified.
Explore financial connections →Owners, staff and client portal users sign in with a password plus an authenticator-app code. One-time recovery codes, immediate access revocation and per-firm data separation are built and tested. Hosted enforcement still needs deployment and independent verification.
Review access and storage readiness →See recorded reviews and flag later changes, so an earlier approval does not hide a revised draft.
See preparation and review →MAKE THE TIME SAVINGS CONCRETE
Estimate the time your firm could recover by reducing repeated entry, status checks and handoffs. Start with this example, then replace it with your own task counts and timing.
hours over four weeks
Use whole task counts from 0–200 and minutes saved from 0–120. Extra review/setup may be 0–10,080 whole minutes per week. Complete every field.
Method: add each weekly task count × minutes saved, subtract extra review/setup minutes, then divide by 60. Four-week total = weekly hours × 4. Totals use unrounded values; displayed figures are rounded. Count each task once. Negative results mean more time is needed in your scenario. These are editable planning assumptions, not a product study, guarantee or promised billable revenue. Actual results can be lower, including zero. Inputs stay in this page and are not saved or sent.
Industry research helps explain the opportunity. It does not establish Counted Legal’s results. We will replace example assumptions with measured pilot results when those are available.
Clio’s 2025 benchmark reports 38% utilization against an eight-hour day. The remaining time is not all waste or time that software can recover. Read the 2025 report ↗
In Clio’s 2024 study of 500 law firms, 48% were unreachable by phone, including callback opportunities. This is an industry finding, not a Counted conversion result. Read the intake study ↗
Clio’s May 2026 small-firm report describes the extra logins and context switching created by fragmented tools. It does not establish a universal number of hours saved. Read the small-firm report ↗

COUNTED LEGAL · FIRM-TO-FIRM · COMING SOON
Planned subscription credits: $100 for your firm. $100 for the new firm.
Both rewards are subscription credits, earned when the new firm purchases an annual package, completes 30 continuous paid days and pays at least $300 in eligible annual subscription fees.
New firms must be separate businesses, use a valid code before their first paid purchase, and purchase an annual subscription, maintaining paid service for 30 continuous days with at least $300 in net annual subscription payments. Monthly plans do not qualify. The annual buy-now option with a 13-month first term remains eligible. Self-referrals, duplicate firms and reversed, disputed or refunded qualifying payments do not earn rewards.
Credits are noncash, nontransferable and do not expire. They apply after plan discounts to future subscription charges, never below zero; unused credit carries forward. They do not pay taxes, usage minutes, court/provider fees or separate design work. A prepaid annual customer uses the credit on a later eligible subscription invoice; it is not an immediate refund.
There is no limit on the number of firms you may refer. Each qualifying new company earns its referrer one $100 credit and receives one $100 welcome credit, once only. Renewals, returning customers, extra accounts or changing referral codes do not create another reward for the same company. Refunds, disputes or fraud may reverse associated credits; a reversal does not trigger a charge. Referral tracking and billing verification must be activated before codes or rewards are issued.
